This is similar in store to CivCEO. However, a lot rougher. Interestingly, the main character is not a “champion” but an elf. I have to admit that while I liked the other novel more, this one has a special place too. This is more war based with an emphasis on mercenaries. The main character does have access to the big picture allowing for a lot of the same strategies as champions. Overall a fun little read. Warning: Adult situations, not appropriate for young readers.
