I got this one as an ARC copy. This is a good mix of The Hunger Games and Aladdin. I loved this one. Very strong female protagonist with some interesting characters. I liked the emotional control and tyranny that happens as people start to do the right thing and then it spirals out of control. A good read as a stand alone would be interesting if it turned into a series with the overall Djinn arc.
