Book 1 of My Best Friend is an Eldritch Horror. This was one that I saw as a recommendation and so decided to pick it up. I was glad I did. There is a lot of the standard LitRPG in this one but it is YA friendly, which a lot are not. Also, I loved the humor throughout the book. The pacing was perfect and the discoveries felt natural. As a first book in the series this did the exact right thing, kept me reading and excited for book 2. Well done.
