Book 16 of Wings of Fire. To start with, I am not in the target audience for this book. I have known that for at least three books. That said, I feel like this novel should have been 15.5. The book is all about Umber and him falling in love. The meat of the book could have been 2 paragraphs or if I’m generous 1 chapter in the next book. There wasn’t anything bad about the writing, it is just not my cup of tea. I feel like this book should be on the same shelf as the live action Snow White movie. If you love the series then I am sure you’ll like this too, but it makes it really hard to get excited for book 15.
