This book is almost entirely the battle with the undead, but it is so absorbing that it doesn’t drag at all. This book is the conclusion of the three book arc and introduces the next arc in the series. Overall, we see a lot of the undead and interesting transformations, self-sacrifice along with the death of an old friend. I hoped he would address the note that was sent but if he did I missed it. A fun read and a strong contribution that should allow this series more life. Currently there is only one more book in the series, hope that this beginning means more are coming.
