Book 8 of the Michael Vey series or book 1 of the new series. Not sure what to call it. Oh yeah, Vey is back with his Electroclan. Great to see the gang back at it and it is also a return to some familiar territory. There is a lot of filler in the book, but if you love the series like I do you don’t mind. I am sorry that I call the details of Michael Vey’s car as fluff, but it really did not advance the story. Not even a good insight to his character. All in all I tell you that it is familiar stomping grounds and if you read the first 7 books then you’ll love going home again. Strong recommend for YA readers.
