Sometimes the books that become movies surprise me and this is one of those times. It was a fun read but I don’t see why it became such a hit. I am sure I am in the minority, but this is not a top ten book for me. Nor is it a strong recommend. There might be niche times where I would recommend, but overall it just fell flat with me. Aside from that I did not find the writing nor pacing bad.
