Book 8 of the series. This was the culmination of the monster swarm and church of purity arcs. Lots of fighting ending with Jason doing something very stupid to save people. This one opens the book series to much grander evolutions. I liked the direction this is going adding much more depth to the possibilities.

Book 9 of the series. One world ending threat handled. Another looming but with a little down time. This book has action but as a series the storyline has slowed down.
