  • The Utterly Uninteresting & Unadventurous Tales of Fred, The Vampire Accountant

Book 1 of this series. It is a series of short stories. Super great characters and fun experiences. There is alcohol and drug usage aside from violence so reader be aware. Other than that is it imaginative and fun. Top notch story!

  • The Hockey Mystery

Book 80 of the Boxcar Children mysteries. This mystery was interesting because the suspects all had good motivations and the red herring was perfectly executed. I feel this was tough to balance the sports portion of the story with the mystery but it felt seamless. Another great one to enjoy.

  • The Mystery at the Crooked House

Book 79 of the Boxcar Children mysteries. This one is close to home as Mrs. McGregor’s childhood him is in danger. This is another one of those no real bad guy mysteries. Because of that it becomes a treasure hunt instead. But can they find the treasure in time? Is the treasure going to be…

  • The Beginning

Book 54 of the Animorphs. This was an exciting conclusion. Hard to say goodbye after so many books, but this one ended as it started and I think it was a great ending. I love that this book addresses the demons left to those who have had to make hard decisions. I recommend the entire…

  • The Lost Continent

Book 11 of the Wings of Fire. This is a whole new adventure only dovetailing in with our previous adventure right at the end. I like the change albeit the three tribes seem to have a lot in common with the ones we are familiar with. I hope the author addresses the similarities in a…

  • Darkness of Dragons

Book 10 of Wings of Fire. The conclusion of the next prophesy. This was exciting and fun but I expected a larger conclusion. It was fun to follow this new set of dragons. I am interested to see how the story progresses from here. I would still recommend this series to anyone loving dragons and…

  • The Lost Symbol

Book 3 of the Robert Langdon series. This was a fast paced high stakes novel. It is fun and keeps you engaged. If you liked The D’ Vinci code, then you’ll enjoy this one as you plunge into secrets upon secrets.

  • Origin of Baba Yaga

First in my new series. This is a dark fantasy still friendly to mature young adults. Ever wonder how you would chase a serial killer back when magical items we just beginning to be made? This story will take you through highs and lows as the search is on. I loved writing it and hope…

  • Triple Cross

Book 30 of the Alex Cross series. This was an intense twist book keeping you wondering just who the bad guy was. Interestingly Alex is headed one direction and Bree Stone another and yet the cases come neatly together. Well I guess it does not always work out that way, but we a fun way…

  • Super Powereds Year 4

The meant to be conclusion to the series. This was a great book with all the action you’ve come to live by this point in the series. Also, there is something of conclusion and happy ending. There is a lot of cussing but aside from that this book fully displays the writing strength of Mr.…
