This is a blog reviewing the latest book I have read along with the books I have self-published. Please feel free to follow along with my reading / writing journey.

Book 3 of the World of Change series. This is the end of this Arc of the series. It is well done and exciting to the end. One interesting game works functions that took the place of the standard cultivation path. Insane level gains seem to be negated by everyone around him just getting stronger…

Book 2 of the World of Change series. This book takes us through several ups and downs along with several restarts. I have loved the difference in this one. The fun addition of hacking is a fun way to take what would normally be a negative and turn it to a positive. Overall this is…

Book 11 of the original Goosebumps series. This time it is Halloween and the girl most picked on is looking for revenge, but will the revenge get her. A fun time to scare others but with a price to pay. I liked the message in this one and love how it ended. A fun read.

Book 10 of the original Goosebumps series. This one is really well done and because I have read enough of the series so far I guessed the twist early on. That said the true target audience would not normally. I liked the hints and clues along the way that substantiate the twist. Overall a read…

Book 1 of the World of Change series. This was a little different LitRPG although it is in line with other books by him. The huge difference is that the leveling in this one is crazy. Some books by the end of book 1 they might be level 20, this one ends with him at…

Book 7 of the Original Goosebumps series. This one introduces us to Slappy. A quick fun one with an evil ventriloquist dummy causing mayhem and chaos. The nice thing is that there is an underlying moral in these and this one strongly focuses on the dangers of jealousy.

Book 2 of the Rise of the Empire series. This follows two separate groups. Olympus and the old Earth. The bulk of the story is on Olympus and there is a clash with one of the groups of bad guys. The story is engaging and leaves you curious about what will happen next. Lots of…

Book 1 of the Rise of the Empire series. If you liked Ender’s Game, you’ll love this one. There are a lot of similarities. It is a good introduction to a long series. I loved the government depictions of the way technology would be utilized. I liked the greed vs altruism that we see between…

This book has a magical fox and little girl who have to fight the evil people who are taking away all of the magic. Can they learn to work together? Can they stop the evil people before they can take the magic for themselves? Can a wild fox learn to trust humans? It is all…

Book 3 of the Invasion series. This one concludes the arc and series. I like the direction this one went as it takes the game a different direction. In search of a criminal, could be an alternate title to this whole series. It is interesting that this couples continue as a series and yet it…
