Book 136 of the Boxcar Children. This was a fun one, with a few science items thrown in for perfect parts of the twist and yet the final twist was executed perfectly. Another crime solved with a happy ending. This one is appropriate for even sensitive readers of any age.

This short YA novel is part Breakfast Club and part Groundhogs Day. It is a fun quick read that is filled with memorable characters. Defiantly embodies the old adage “Be careful what you wish for…” Overall it is a fun tale about selfishness and change. A strong recommend for the young readers in your life.

Book 137 of The Boxcar Children. This one takes us to a college campus you have football, libraries, and some sightings of spooky gargoyles. A fun mystery and lots of suspects all with very believable motives. There are no truly scary parts so this would be appropriate for children of all ages.
