Book 12 of The Series of Unfortunate Events. This was interesting. The orphans are in the middle of all the villains and good guys. They themselves seem to be straddling that line between good and bad. It will be interesting to see how it all ends in the next book.

Book 52 of the Boxcar Children. The Alden’s are off to look for the Lost Dutchman’s Mine. We’ll at least they’re the area. The formula is still working well with plenty of red herrings and suspects along the way. Well written and a little different scenery than normal but they still get their bad guy.

This was a middle eastern collection of fables. They were great. I had even heard of some of them before. Like many great fables, these had a lot of wisdom in them. I highly recommend the read.

Book 51 of the Boxcar Children. This book was full of twists. Wonderfully put together. Loved the guy in the disguise. Loved the intention. This book was a strong representation of the mystery genera. I liked it.

Book 11 of the Series of Unfortunate Events. This was another in the series that takes us deeper into the misfortune. This was great as it had some fantastic twists. I am excited for the final two books in the series. For such a short book, this felt like a lot was covered.
