Book five of the Five Kingdoms series. This is what everything has been building toward. The fight with the ultimate evil, Cole really coming into his power. All the faces and friends we have come to know together. The best part of this book is the afterwards. This nailed the ending of the series so well in very few words. I enjoyed this series. The series is dense and does take a bit to push through, not boring just hard to keep going. Fortunately, I was able to go through all five back to back. Might have been one I would have struggled to go back to and I really don’t know why. Overall, well worth sticking through.
