Atomic Habits


This book is all about changing those good and those base habits. There are several methods outlined. My favorite was linking and I am already looking for places I could link good habits in my current routine. What I really liked also was removing the perceived benefits of bad habits. This one took a minute to wrap my head around, but it speaks to the stories we tell ourselves and as we change the narrative in our own minds, our habits change with them. If you are ready to make changes in your life, I would recommend giving this one a read.
