Book 7 of Nova Terra: Titan. This drags us through the political mire as well as powerful evil. This is all in an attempt at self preservation. That said, the book is filled with narrow escapes and bloody battles. I keep waiting for him to get to the dwarves, but not in this book. Maybe in the next book. Here is hoping.
