Book 3 of Towers and Rifts. This was a good conclusion to the series, albeit it feels like the final battle was rushed. Aside from that this book is a shot put ride from the beginning to the end. A lot of possibilities for more books in the series. The theme is dealing with betrayal, especially by those closest to you and continues to explore the idea of what a person would do for power. Due to language and adult themes, I would recommend this to mature readers only.
