Book 5 of the Young Wizards series. This book deals with cancer and parental mortality. As such, it is interesting to speak of the temptations we would have if there were a way for us to prolong that parental relationship. I loved this book for delving into that topic and exploring it from various angles. I also did love that it is a little different ending than you’re guessing at for the entire book. Good read!
