This was a Great Courses program that discussed what genius is and how we rate it. All in all I think it comes down to not trying to put labels on things that just have too many ways you could call it genius. The work on electrical impulses to stimulate and strengthen mental capacities was interesting, however they left it open to whether it affected things or not. All in all, I feel the title is a bit of a misnomer as it focused more on what genius is, not on development.
