Book 8 of Fred the Vampire Accountant. Or in other words, Fred goes to college. As a short term professor and bait for Quinn he is going to find more trouble than just trying to teach a bunch of disinterested students. Apart from that, what could be worse than trying to be the bodyguard to a cowardly accountant with a penchant to run straight into harms way. The ending leaves this wide open for more books, which I anxiously await. If you have not picked up this series, I strongly recommend it.
